The attached photo is a male individual who is suspected of stealing from offices in at least four states. The male suspect has been identified as GERALD BROADWATER, age 61. He has become known in the media as the “Office Creeper.” BROADWATER also goes by the first name of “Frank.”

BROADWATER casually hangs around office parks/ office complexes. He watches the people come and go as they work. He then enters the offices posing as a worker or maintenance person and steals computers. He targets laptop computers and cash.

BROADWATER was seen in a Fort Washington Office Park on January 11, 2012.  Police attempted to apprehend him on January 19-20, 2012, but he managed to get away during a chase. Upper Dublin Police do have warrants on GERALD BROADWATER.

GERALD BROADWATER is described as a black male, 6’2”, 205 pounds. He is considered armed and dangerous.
